These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GXII Trading Discord server and related materials. GXII Trading is a DBA (Doing Business As) of JustMe Athleisure LLC (“GXII Trading,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ownership of Content

All content, materials, and information provided within the GXII Trading Discord server are owned and managed by JustMe Athleisure LLC, operating under the DBA GXII Trading. Content may also include materials licensed to GXII Trading by third parties.

You may access and use such content strictly for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, republication, uploading, posting, transmitting, or duplicating of the material is strictly prohibited. GXII Trading reserves all legal rights and remedies in the event of unauthorized use.

2. Use of Service

By utilizing the GXII Trading Discord server, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. GXII Trading reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

• Payments for access to the Discord server are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  
  
• If you cancel your subscription through LaunchPass.com/portal, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise specified.
  
  
• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
  
  

4. Educational Purpose & No Investment Advice

GXII Trading does not provide investment, financial, legal, or professional advice. All information shared within the Discord server is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

• GXII Trading is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any other regulatory authority.
  
  
• Nothing provided should be construed as personalized investment advice.
  
  
• Participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, profits, and losses.
  
  

5. Risks of Trading

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. Potential exists for both significant gains and losses. It is strongly recommended that users conduct independent research and consult licensed professionals before engaging in any trading activity.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GXII Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Discord server or reliance on any information provided.
  
  
• You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
  
  

7. Service Availability

GXII Trading does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service. There may be days when no content is posted due to sickness, vacation, market conditions, or unforeseeable events. Content frequency is determined solely at GXII Trading’s discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, including text, graphics, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement, and GXII Trading reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

9. Amendments

GXII Trading may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
